hOW DO I STORE MY NOUGAT?
Nougat should be stored in a cool, dry area. Once opened your nougat should be stored in an airtight container. During the hotter months, we recommend that you store your nougat in the fridge. Freezing is not recommended.
Are your Products gluten free?
Yes, Nougat Royale is a gluten free product. Glucose is an ingredient used in some nougat bases and may be derived from wheat sources. Glucose used at Nougat Royale is derived from corn only.
What is your shipping policy?
Once you place your order online with Nougat Royale your order will be shipped within 2 business days of payment. If for some reason your nougat doesn’t arrive in a satisfactory state you will be refunded the freight charge and sent a fresh batch as per your original order within 2 business days of receiving your email. Please see Australian domestic rates below with International freight to be quoted upon ordering.
DOMESTIC
Australian domestic freight is a Flat Rate of $12 shipped within 2 business days of ordering.

Nougat Royale started as an exclusively wholesale supplier to some of the best cafes, restaurants and food stores across Australia. Even though we have transitioned towards a more retail base you can enquire directly with Ben at: ben@nougatroyale.com.au Minimum orders apply with wholesale customers.
