About Nougat Royale
At Nougat Royale, nougat is more than just a treat—it’s a craft perfected through years of culinary experience. Before establishing Nougat Royale in 2004, our founder Ben honed his skills with some of Sydney’s finest chefs, including Phillip Searle, Brent Savage of the Bentley Group at Vulcans, and Matt Moran at Moran’s and Aria. Since then, we’ve built a loyal following, proudly supplying some of the best restaurants, cafes, and food stores across Australia.

Yes, Nougat Royale is a gluten free product. Glucose is an ingredient used in some nougat bases and may be derived from wheat sources. Glucose used at Nougat Royale is derived from corn only.

Nougat should be stored in a cool, dry area. Once opened your nougat should be stored in an airtight container. During the hotter months, we recommend that you store your nougat in the fridge. Freezing is not recommended.
